The State of California requires completion of the "Principles of Real Estate" as well as two additional courses. Our real estate school offers a package of courses at a competitive price.
We provide the Principles of Real Estate as well as two other independent study classes along with the final exam. The classes are held at our CENTURY 21 Professionals Irvine office two evenings each week. You can actually get started NOW and enroll just minutes before class starts each evening. Your enrollment will take only a few minutes for you to get started in the class NOW, and new classes start every week.
Once you pass all three courses you will be eligible to attend for free a two day crash course on "How to Pass the State Exam". Our course has a 92% effective pass rate!

After passing the state exam, we guarantee an interview with CENTURY 21 Professionals. We hire full and part time agents. Potential agents with a full time job currently who want to transition by starting part time may qualify for our Mentor Program which is designed to assist you with early success. Mentor training is available on Saturdays and/or one night per week.
