THE PATH TO YOUR LICENSE
The State of California requires completion of the "Principles of Real Estate" as well as two additional courses. CENTURY 21 Professionals guides candidates through these required courses of study, including administration of the final exam. Students may choose either the online course or the home study course.
The online course is an interactive presentation with questions and exercises and includes the Principles of Real Estate textbook, Real Estate Practices textbook, a third textbook of your choosing, a final cram course and the online final exam. ($349.00)

The home study course provides the Principles of Real Estate textbook along with Real Estate Practices and Legal Aspects of Real Estate textbooks plus the final exam. ($225.00)

In addition, our in-office lecture series offers insights into the day-to-day world of Real Estate, an introduction to quality service, and the knowledge and skills required to launch a successful new career. Once you enroll in one of the above courses, this lecture series is available for you to attend free of charge Wednesday evenings, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., at our Irvine location listed below. | |
